Francis Ford Coppola's 'Dementia 13'

This week, I rewatched Francis Ford Coppola’s debut feature film Dementia 13, which was produced by B-movie king Roger Corman. The genesis of the film was classic Corman: they were in Ireland filming, and when they wrapped, there was a surplus in the budget, so Corman instructed Coppola, his assistant and second unit director, to quickly write and direct a Psycho ripoff before they headed back to the states.
